Yoga & Fitness Class Descriptions
Enerzy Exchange Yoga™ has two rooms for our practitioners. The Un-Heated Cool room temperature is 78°. The Hot Room utilizes an infrared heating system with temperature ranging from 102° to 104°. The benefits of an infrared heating system.
- Silent, Tranquil, Healthful environment.
- Uniform heating with a relative humidity of 50% to 60%.
- No drafts or distribution of bacteria, allergens, or other contaminants.
- Radiant heat warms the surfaces and air similar to the sun
The infrared radiance is within the wavelength range validated by Yale University Pierce Laboratories to be 98% absorbed by human skin. The benefits experienced in the silent, non-allergenic, radiant environment provides an optimal class experience.
HOT 26 & 2 – A challenging yet healing class, performed in a heated room at 104⁰, that combines the 26 spine-strengthening postures and 2 breathing exercises made famous by Bikram. It is a series of twenty-six asana poses designed to scientifically warm and stretch muscles, ligaments, and tendons in a specific order. The practice of these twenty-six poses will enhance mind and body, relax, strengthen, reshape and heal all of you over time.
Power Hour Vinyasa – A 60 minute powerful, athletic all levels class designed to challenge students as they fluidly move from one pose to the next while connecting their breathing to their movements. Available in both Heated & UN-Heated Studios (see schedule)
HIIT Fit Yoga Sculpt 45/60– A fusion blend of HIIT (high Intensity Interval Training, Yoga Flow and Body Sculpting. This class incorporates elements of a flowing Yoga class with emphasis on body sculpting by incorporating light-weight hand weights, HIIT cardio and resistance training. Available in both Heated & UN-Heated Studios (see schedule)
Cardio Pilates 60 – This full body mat workout focuses on building core strength, improving posture and flexibility while sculpting and toning your body with weights, bands and balls. Each class is fun, yet challenging and the perfect full body experience. Available in both Heated & UN-Heated Studios (see schedule)
Vin to Yin 60/75– The class begins with Vinyasa Flow yoga and ends with a passive practice where poses are held for 3-5 minutes at a time with the focus on releasing the connective tissues of the body on the mat to disengage muscles and surrender to gravity promoting flexibility of body and mind. Available in both Heated & UN-Heated Studios (see schedule)
Cardio Yoga Flow 60 /75 – Each class introduces a different sequence of poses. This class strengthens, balances and detoxifies your entire body and mind as you move through more challenging postures and connected breath. Available in both Heated & UN-Heated Studios (see schedule)
Follow the Yogi 75– A class with minimal instruction with teacher and students on the mat together. Perfect for intermediate & advanced students to deepen their practice. Available in both Heated & UN-Heated Studios (see schedule)

Slow Flow & Stretch 60 – Designed for all levels to build an authentic, strong and safe yoga practice. This class helps you build strength, flexibility, balance, focus and inner peace. The class is a mix of brand new yogis and returning practitioners who want to work on poses, philosophy and alignment. You’ll walk out feeling embodied, empowered, energized, and eager to come back. Yoga Meditation 60– An opportunity to drop down and explore the body, heart and mind a little more deeply to release the subtle layers of tension. Moving from slow, flowing asana into stillness, with a guided mindfulness meditation to promote personal enlightenment. Available in UN-Heated Studios (see schedule)
Prenatal Yoga 60– Pre-Natal Yoga is a practice specially designed for all stages of pregnancy. This class will help a student adjust to those changes as well as prepare for labor by maintaining flexibility in the muscles and building strength to ensure an easier labor and post-partum recovery. Available in UN-Heated Studios (see schedule)
Postnatal Yoga This class helps women regain strength and energy that may have been lost during pregnancy. Classes specifically focus on rebuilding strength in the abdomen, back and pelvic muscle; releasing tension in the shoulders and neck;opening the chest. Classes also address common issues and concerns that may arise in this new chapter of life. Moms are welcome to bring their babies! *Note: Only babies 0-3 months of age please
Roll & Release – Designed for all fitness levels. Prep your muscles for a workout, treat day-to-day stiffness and loosen things up with foam rolling. Roll & Release focuses on foam rolling to increase a student’s range of motion with a mix of stretch, mat Pilates and core to help a student stay injury free. Yin 60 – Yin yoga works deeply into our body. A passive practice, Yin Yoga involves variations of seated and supine poses typically held for 3 to 5 minutes. It targets our deepest tissues of the body, our connective tissues — ligaments, joints, bones, and the deep fascia networks of the body — rather than the muscles. Yin Yoga gives you the space to slow down, and to stay open to the experiences in your unique body, cultivating a greater awareness, clarity and acceptance.
